vortech v1

I bought a vortech v1 from some guy. the s/c is for a 99-04 3.8 mustang. it has all the mounting brackets but i dont know if it is missing any of the mounting bolts, but i do know it is missing the oil lines. He gave me the 24 and 39 lb fuel injectors, and i need to buy a pump. i dont know what the pulley is though for the psi ratio. it looks to be 8" in diameter. where could i go, or contact someone/company to get the replacement parts?

vortech might be able to get you parts that you will need sss can give you some ideas of what all the kit includes...

also 8" in diameter is big as your water pump... this should be smaller like 3" or soo

ya youre gonna have to because the stock pump can only handle 300rwhp at best. and i know you got a stage 2+ powerpack so with a vortech youll def be over that 300 mark

and where do you get all this money from?!?!?!

**You need a tune -
You don't have to change the pump -
What size is the pulley exactly?
why did he give you two different size injectors?
What size MAF?
Oil lines are mucho important so make sure you don't go cheap (if thats even possible)

how you figure he wont need a fuel pump?
unless hes running like a 6lb pulley

^^
yes

if you don't change the pump then it will cut out at a certain point... it just wont be able to push enough fuel... this might be a good thing if you don't want to put to much strain on your motor... but who knows ... i would look into changing it

If your sticking with the pulley that comes with the vortech kit then you don't need to change your pump.

it's a stock pulley from what I know of, it's a 3" diameter, someone said that I was supposed to measure by the rib, and i havent the slightest idea what that means. but it is a 3" diameter pulley. I can get those oil lines from vortech from a complete kit for less than 100, and if im not mistaken, i believe i need to buy a new maf, i dont think it was in the box, i didnt look that much for the maf, i didnt have the time to go through the list of EVERYTHING i need yet.
