Upgrades that I can install myself

I am looking to install some upgrades to my 03 auto stang. I only have a CAI currently. I was thinking about getting headers, is this an easy install? I dont know that much about installing items to my car but I do have the time and patience to learn. If you don't think this is an easy install could you recommend some other upgrades that are?

technically you can do alot yourself but its all dependent on time and patience.
headers are like 2-3 hour job i think from what AB said.
lowering springs 3-5 hours.
screamin demon coil pak 30 minutes
new ignition wires 5 minutes.
tower brace couple hours depending on tools
painting the interior couple hours assmebling and disassembling and couple hours of wait time
gears are ify but you can do it yourself.
shifter couple hours
then the rest is alot of cosmetic stuff you should be able to do yourself

headers are a bitch..
it all depends on what tools you have, and how hard you want to work.

well i know AB had access to air tools and the actual knowledge to do the swap so that would be why it didn't take him that long

Maybe I will have the headers installed by a shop nearby. Whats a good suspension package? I'm a daily driver and would like to lower the car a little more then an inch. Do you guys think its a good idea to put them on yourself?

Its really EZ to do the suspension, and i would recomend H&R Springs for a lower stance in front and slightly higher in back, ( slightly ) or Eibach for lowered all 'round sporty ( same all way around).

I have H&R and i think it looks good as hell. I need to look for a good Strut package, any ideas on this aswell lol?

You fail at life if it took you more than 1.5-3hours do to SHORTIES on a v6 Stang with AIR TOOLS. I did my long tubes in about 4hours with a pizza/gator aide brake and wratchet wrenches.

Headers

From what i understand the headers depends on emissions? I have heard if you have strict emissions to not do longtube. It really all depends on what you are doing, but long tubes will perform better.
