ok
so i went to a party..
i left..
and my friend with a cougar left a few min after me..
im driving behind a semi on a state route..
and all off a sudden i see the car gaining on me fast..
next thing i know it flew around me..
so i dropped it to 4th and caught him like nothing..
so my car hit 110 like nothing
i flew around him..
then slowed to about 100
he then passed me again so again i dropped it to 4th..
hit 110 and flew past him and secided to keep goign when i hit 115..
my car like went off...then when it went liek to 110 itd let me accel again..
he went to pass me again and like i almost let him then changed my mind..lol
and sped up..
and he was in the other lane in on coming traffic aha
i wasnt on it all the way..
when he went to cut over i punched it and flew past him aha
but ok the question is
why did it cut out at 115..?
something about a chip he told me

get tires rated for higher speeds and a tuner to remove the limiter and some suspension and youre good to go

ye thats because you hit your rev limiter/governor. also im gunna guess your tires arent rated for that so its NOT safe at all not only with those tires but to begin with. and yes a tuner can take that off

a tuner like sniper can tack it off
but don't drive that fast untill u get
beter tiers rated for high speeds (like my tiers a re a Y rating the secound highes (y) being the highest y is rated up to 186mph anf (y) is 186+)
also u should not go that fast on the street is is just not safe altho i will ad mit i have hit the govener at 118 but that was wit hmay tiers and it is still not safe because if u want to risk ur life that is ur decition but on public streets u have others to think about to
als oif u are going to be doing those speeds u need some suspention mods
