are they anygood. or does it deppend on the shop. i hear bad things about them but they all seem to be about the one in florida and oregon

If you feel like wasting your time and money by all means use them. If you actually want a quality built transmission go with www.bc-automotive.com Talk to Darrin, let him know that Keith sent you.
