More Horsepower... help


ok. i have a 2002 v6. i am looking to buy a turbo or twin turbo, or a supercharger. money is no obstacle. i want to buy something that will give me as much horsepower as possible. i was to boost up as much as possible. do you guys have any ideas on what i should go with or buy...

if you plan on sticking with the 6 get a forged 4.2 slap a Turbo on it and call it a day

i highly doubt money is no obstacle

you wouldn't have a V6

turbo's aint hard, jus need to know some stuff like turbolx said

get some info on it, then do it

He may of bought the v6, so he can have lots of money to play with. Go with a 4.2 forged like HMUSN said, but go twin turbo.

please dont go with a 4.2L in a 05+ mustang
the new 4.0s make lots of power over our engines.


and respond VERY well to boost.

if your looking for a turbo kit hit up this site
people are making about 370ish rwhp off these kits with just 9psi.
thats over 400hp at the crank

would you be intereseted in a powerpack? it gives up to 70hp. i have the heads and intakes for sale all you need is the cam for it. pm me if youre interested the price is in my sig

that wont work for a 4.0 SOHC
you've got heads for a push rod engine...heads got a cam in each head..

even with all the bolt ons. 4.10s t-lok and the dyno tune
with drags it'd be hard to pull a mid 13 slip.

holy triple posting Chris!!

as they all said.. get a 4.2 with forged internals with the powerpak avaric offered and a turbo and you will see some nice numbers
