Lowering springs and new shocks and struts never hurt...

depending on the drop you are looking for you could do C springs all the way down to eibach sports...

if you go lower then and inch and a half you will need caster camber plates too

The best thing to do is to find the springs you like that lower your car the amount you want, new shocks and struts, and caster and camber plates. Thats the BEST thing to do when your lowering your car to just lower it. You don't have to get new shocks and struts, but it helps because your putting more stress on them for having them lower than what they were originally designed for, and depending on the drop you won't need the c&c plates, but it will help for better alignment.
