Painted Wheels


So this might be the wrong section to post this but this is where I originally saw it. I tried searching for it but I cant find it. Where is the post about painting your wheels black? Also I know you can send of your wheels and get the professionally painted somewhere. Does anyone know where or how much it costs?

my brother rattle canned his steelies black on his jetta... about 2 months ago and they still look good... i want to go back in with a better black... either a flat or high gloss but he just used rustoleum black
