3.8 Rod Bearings

Howdy all

Just found your forum Lots of good stuff in here.

I tried your search feature with no luck to my question.

I'm rebuilding a stock 1993 3.8 for my Daughter to drive daily.

When I bought the bearings they have no oil hole for the spray hole in the connecting rod.

The originals did, is this something that Ford and teh aftermarket have decided is no lnger needed?

I have asked two Ford Garages and in todays reman, plug and play world the had no clue. (Those are bearings it calls for Duh!)

Even the parts distributor has no answer.

I know in my experience there are alot of engines out there designed with out the sprayers, but in this one Ford put them there for some reaason and I would assume they would want them used, short some updated revision or something.

Any help will be most appriciated.

Thanks T_O_A_D
