ok, here's what I found on mine.
1st They tracked true, they were NOT out of round,

2nd. They were NOT bent, no side to side wobble.

3rd. The wheel bearings were.. NEW! no play.

4th. No slack or slap anywhere in the front end.

So before anyone says NO WAY, I myself and 5 ASE mechanics signed off on it today and I'll be submiting it to Ford Monday.

The 2 Rims on my car are indeed warped BUT not in the way we all think about a warp. They're out of ballence and warped INTERNALLY.

Put the tire back on the spin ballence machine again.
Look at the side of the tire, it looks great no egg shape!

Same with the rim from the side, no egg.

From the top no wobble ( you didn't smack a curb or pot hole, it looks great too!
BUT,
On my car, if you go back to the first position looking at the rim from the side of the tire to check for egg shape, look at the movement of the spokes and the way they relate to the main part of the rim. mine are warped from the inside. It looks like someone picked the rim up during it's construction when it was still too hot and it has an ever so slight internal warp in it.You can see the spokes move a bit, enough to bug the crap out of me till I took a real close look at it spinning.
Don't look at the bead or the tire... look at the spokes.THAT is where MY issue is!
Take Care!

Check the driveshaft. Some people will say it vibrates constantly but it doesnt always. If its slighty off, it will vibrate at certain speeds and frequencies. For some reason, Ive heard more than one person say the vibration starts at almost 60 mph exactly alot of times and will dissapate once you get over 70.

If youve checked everything else on the wheels/tires, have a shop drop it and check it. Dont cost much. Hell, have them change out the u-joints while theyre down there.
