Hey SSStang, how come you went with a vortech instead of m112? I'm just curious because I know you can get them off 03/04 cobra for cheap.

That and I would never put an m112 on my 6er, I would have bought a forged bottom end and did a KB 2.6.

Plus I'm more of a car show person... Half of the idiots would have thought it was just a stock cobra and kept going. Only one or two actual car guys would have realized it was a v6. With the vortech their's no mistake as to what your looking at.

And you can hear it from like 2 blocks away...

okay i was talking to Tom from ssms and here are some price numbers that you will encounter when looking into this system

of course this is for a single port to split port swap and also on average an M112 is around $800 on ebay or soo

that means your looking at a total of about $4500 with all the upgraded top end ... about the price of a centri super charger or a turbo... and it looks ten times cooler

Stage 3 heads: $1650 plus $150 refundable core fee
Ported lower intake: $450 plus $90 refundable core fee
Cam: $395
Split-port swap kit: $350
M-112 adapter intake: $900

Use an 03-04 Cobra throttle cable.

Spencer,
Its pretty straight forward. You'll need:
1. Stage 3 split-port heads, lower intake, and cam (obviously don't need the upper intake for the M-112)
2. Miscelleaneous split-port swap kit, $350 includes all sorts of swap parts including the modified fuel rail and throttle cable, bolts, etc.
3. M-112 adapter
4. Fuel system including 255 in-tank pump, $42 or #60 injectors, 04 GT MAF
5. The M-112 stuff including blower, inlet plenum, throttle body, and air inlet tube, and filter, MAF adapter.
