Car wont start!?!?

I have a 2000 v6 mustang auto. and today i went to drop off a friend from school and i got out to look at a tuner for my car. when i started to leave i went to turn on my car and it wouldnt start. I had someone come over today to look at it and he said when i went to turn it on he saw no spark at all he said its probably an electrical problem but he wasnt 100% sure..

if anyone knows please reply back thanks!

How did he conclude that their was no spark? If you have no Spark, it's probably an easy fix...Coil Pack/ Ignition coil...whatever you want to call it. Sometimes they do randomly just go bad. Before you go out replacing it though...before, when it was running, was it running good? Didn't sound weird? If it sounded weird, and it has no spark, its prolly your timing is off.

Did he use an in-line ignition spark tester? Or did he just pull the plug and have you turn it over? Another possibility would be to check your fuel pressure. Just turn the ignition to the on position and find your schrader valve on your fuel rail and press it. Fuel should squirt out about 4-5 feet. the equivalent of 50 psi (thats what the pressure should be on your car). If yuo have little or no fuel coming out, then it would be 1 (if not fuel is coming out) Fuel Pump 2. (Little fuel coming out) Fuel Filter.

You can have a full tank and a bad filter or pump and it wont start. And its not your battery because its turning over. Now, if its not turning over as fast as usual, that COULD cause it not to start and have a very low spark.

All lines connected? If your intake hose is not connected to the intake, than that will cause it not to start due to the MAFS. But, im going to go with one of 3 things...Ignition coil, fuel pump, fuel filter.....And hell, i could be wrong, and it could just be that you need new plugs and wires. Did the plugs look clean?

Have one of your friends lay under the gas tank. You get in the car and shut the door (so your door alarm is not sounding). turn the ignition to ON. When its on, your friend should hear a pump turn on from inside the gas tank. If he hears nothing, switch places. If you hear nothing, beat on the tank ( dont worry, you wont break it). If you still dont hear a pump turn on and the car wont start, you need a fuel pump./

Now, while your listening for the fuel pump, you gotta listen hard, because you will only hear it for about 3 seconds. The Schrader valve is on the Fuel rail. Its prolly behind a cap. It looks like an a/c feed line for 134a. the red arrows are for the screws that you have to remove to get the cover off. the line underneath with the green cap is A schrader valve> NOT THE ONE THAT YOU NEED. But, its to give yuo an idea what to look for on the rail. Take the cap off of the one on the Fuel rail and press the core in with a phillips screw driver.

Shit, sorry, thats the wrong picture. Thats of a Cavalier fuel rail. Let me try and find one for your car. Sorry about that. You can also just follow the fuel line to the engine...That will lead you to the fuel rail.
