Throttle Body Spacer


im sure this has been asked tons of times but does a tb spacer realy add an hp?

no its just an expensive paper weight that will give you no gains. your much bettter off going with something else

it just a market rip-off like the tornado thingy you put before the throttle body

They make the car sound "whirrly". I had a jackass tell me once that it would add 30 hp or something like that. I was like "your such a dickhead".... then I bought the wing to add 40 hp!

Throttle Body spacers were originally made for older cars, when they installed bigger TB's the butterfly would sometimes hit the side of the upper intake and not allow the TB to open all the way. So the spacer was used to add space for the bigger butterfly.

Nah it wont newer cars have a longer TB all together, just get your stock TB ported and polished
