125 Shot?

What would I need on my 2000 mustang in order to run a 125 shot on my mustang ? All i have now is CAI, spark plugs from autolite and Jba wires so far... maybe 100 shot

I mean if it is going to the track go for it but for stock internals a 50-75 shot would be about as high as you would wanna go

Yeah don't Listen to that GreenFaleen Guy he drives a ScionTC now...
Nitrous is for whatever you want it to be for (as long as your not planning on being too stupid and risking everybodys life every time you get an open highway) Run a 75 wet shot with a decent tune , and full exhaust and you should be happy.

If not gears & tlok.

vortech?
nice SSS has it im sure he can fill you in on w/e with 8psi i dont think you'll make 290rwhp stock motor. i'd do
the S trim
Long tube
Exhaust
(cai is point less if your getting a blower)
3.73s or 4.10s
a cam and see where that nets you i think you'll see 280-290

I think the ZEX kits are rated at the wheels, it ends up being very close though. Their are other ways but gas is the cheapest!
