Low Profile Tire Series, How Low Is Too Low?
My dad is somewhat worried about the control I will have with low profile tires. I am curious to know what is the lowest series tire I can get and still be fairly safe on 18" Rims for a Daily Driver.
Thanks Steam

... low profile tires shouldn't be a concern of his ... why? cause they don't look good on mustangs... IMO don't go lower then 40's just for a look reason ... 30 for a safety reason

im going to reite it again....
mustang dont look good with low profile unless your is the s197 (05-07) wich can have 19+" rims and low profile tires and continue looking good.. but if that isn't you year dont do it

agreed with EL....the new stangs can pull off the 18" - 20" nicely....but the SN95's and the New Edge....just get some big beefy bitches

i cant stand fat tires...makes the rim look so small IMO

see i like the old muscle car look...some 15x10's in the back and some 15x8's in the front
im a fan of more tire compared to more rim...but thats IMHO...

30 series i think is what I will get. Thanks guys......My dad just didn't like the fact there was hardly any rubber beetween the road and my rim.
