Are long tubes prohibited? or can you have them with cats in your area and still pass emissions? if your getting shorties get the 94-98 stock manifolds they are shorties and cheaper then any other brand. either way they wont give much gains over stock on a new edge stang.

Headers really wont make a huge difference in your year, but if you want them, by all means, it is your car...btw you can get around emissions, I used to live in P.a. and all you have to do is know someone...wink wink. N.j. is a lot harder though.

get LTs if your going to get headers, just have them weld your cats on farther back you'll be fine it'll pass OBD2 and the sniffer

some states fail modified exhaust period (california), and other fail long tubes on a visual, regardless of cats and sniffer tests. it all depends on the guy testing, the county/city/state dmv, etc.
