So im 16 and im starting to mod my stang. I've looked at supercoupe superchargers and all that but its too much fabbing for me. I am turning to the idea of putting a turbo or twin turbo setup in it. if anyone knows anywhere i can get one for a cheaper price, even if its used in good condition. id appreciate the help because i can afford 3500+ that most companies are wanting.

i would try finding a used one on ebay then... u won't find one cheaper than 5000 brand new... they aren't cheap but well worth the money

does it matter what kinda car it says it is for or does it just matter if its for 3.8 liter v6?

if you think fab work is bad for swapping to a supercoupe blower then wait till you try to do a turbo kit... the type of turbo does matter you will want the map to match properly, if you are dead set on turbo one option is TMAturbo.com other than that you or a shop will have to custom make a kit to work. you may want to look at the procharger and vortech kits, they are more user friendly.

sometimes people will sell brand new turbo chargers for half the price on ebay.

for twins go for GT28RS turbos and I truthfully don't know what to go for a single setup.
