the extension is just a metal bar that goes between the socket wrench and the socket. pretty much any set you get should have one. if now you can buy them in all different sizes. i would advise you to get a long one.. its easier.. thats what i used when putting on my new spoiler

ok well the ones from your stock spoiler should have them. another good tip would be to go to a local store and ger some rubber (or foamy material) tape, or a piece of rubber (or foamy material) that has tape on one side of it.. i would get that and put it on the bottom of the spoiler so there ill be no leaks for sure. you could also just put it around the holes... if you cant find that then just get a large peice of rubber / foamy material and cut it to fit underneath the legs of the spoilers, with holes just big enough for the screws to get through.. you dont want a piece too think either. when you screw down the spoiler and its tight enough, it will prevent any leakage

get the wrench set.. doing it yourself is much better than paying a shop to do it... it will be cheaper and you will be able to say yeah i put that on myself rather than i paid someone to do it... its a simple job and some wrenching experience is always good.
