Magnaflow- better performance, shitty sound
Flowmaster- Not as good performance, much better sound look at it this way, its a V6, with exhaust you should be going for sound not performance IMO

Sounds like the flowmasters have a deeper, throatier sound whereas the magnaflows have a higher pitched ricer sound.

Another question...true duals, or dual rear exits? Is there much of a difference?

What's your opinion on Borla, Pypes Performance, MAC, and Gibson? God, I sound like a newb.
Also, what is the difference between short tube and long tube headers? |

my personal preference is true duals with flowmaster 40s on there...i would stay away from pypes, borla is expensive, mac is also a good one u could go with too...ur best bet is to go to a shop and tell em u want true duals, with or without an hpipe/xpipe/divorced pipe (hpipe IMO) and flowmaster 40s or mac mufflers and have them make ur entire system. as for headers long tubes are the way to go...but if u need to pass emissions long tubes wont pass some places...if u want shorties u might as well not get em...i mean i got em but i really didnt notice much diff. and i wish i had gotten longtubes...also u need to consider ur future plans bc if ur gonna do a turbo setup u shouldnt buy headers at all right now bc u will have turbo headers for the turbo setup...
