removing the sway bar transfer weight a lot better for the track... for a DD don't do it becuase there is to much bodyroll, unless u like it but it could be hard to drive sometimes

IMO on a daily driver it would be worth while to unbolt prior to running at the track, along with the other prep such as... removing seats/spare tire, jack, passenger side headlight, sub if equipped, wheel config

well, this "argument" is kind of getting annoying.
all there is to it is this(other than autocross and ect.): if you have stock suspension keep it on, but if you have lowered/stiffer suspension and you go to the strip take it off EVEN IF IT IS A DD Also, if you have never removed a SB on a v6 stang, not had any racing experience dealing with SBs, or been in a mustang or other said car with no SBs, then plz dont post about it telling people what to do or not to do that is all

Sa i'm sure your not talking about me, because not only have I removed my swaybar on my 1999 v6 Mustang but I then upgraded it with a lager diameter one from a '93 gt... i just don't think it is good practice to go telling everyone to remove the front swaybar on their DD. So what kind of time improvements did you see at the track when removing your swaybar on your v6 stang?
