nope should be ok. and it is a great upgrade but usually no one gets it till they have other upgrades. reason being usually they are made to suit your application via supercharger, turbo, or N/A * naturally aspirated aka no poweradder*
but if you want a bit better for sound and little push it would work. but it will cost <200 bones i would think since you won't be getting anything hardcore. and if you do .. without your car being tuned it will run like crap. imagine our little v6 with a loppy idle haha i wonder if we can make the car rock back and forth haha |

um yeah the xcal would work but you got to talk to some tuners * the guys you ordered it from. to get a tune for it all maybe. or bug justin at vmp and have the specs of the cam ready.

You'll need to buy new valve springs and steel retainers if you get a cam....I figured that out. New pushrods are recommended but not need. the valve springs and retainers will cost you about $190.

if u want good sound get true duals with flows 40s and long tube headers with high flow cats or no cats if legal...
a cam i think it will run like 800-1k including install and parts cam is something u cant do on ur self unless your a mechanic.

its a rought estimate.. every shop has its own labor prizes and for a cam u have to remove a bunch of pieces in other words remove almost everything in the motor lol
