want to make sure..so i think its the alternator does some1 agrees since we are going to auto zone tomorrow to buy it. the whining also gets to the speakers so it has to be the alt as i said i just want to make sure so i don't buy the wrong thing

pull it and have it tested for free before you buy another one.

good idea
 so I just have to remove the lil pulleys to get the belt out right.. i done this on other cars but u know since this is the dd and i worked on imports also i'm a lil scare to mess something o well i know how to do it..

just use the tensioner pulley..
loosen it and the belt will fall off in your hands.

meh.. every1 wants reps.. i dont got any like only 2 lol
 gotta look for the stupid wrench to removd the pulley so we can look for that tomorrow morning.. the tensioner pulley is the one in the right, right aside the alt..aight?

I think they can test the alternator without you removing it. Could save you some trouble if that isn't the problem.
