Octane #


i plan on racing a friend and heard that filling up with 91 octane rather than 87 or 89 and only adding a gallon or two from empty will make you the fastest

true or not?

thats probably your best bet maybe... if you wanted go with 100 octane and tune it for it

for weight yes, but if you car isnt tuned for 91 then it will run worse then the cheap stuff

well then just fill up with 87 a couple gallon above empty. put like 3 gallons in

naw use 100 octane its only like 6 bucks a gallon where i live

yea i'm in cali so its probably way more expensive out here. and i dont know where to buy it but would 91 be any different than 87?

yes dude honestly he is just kidding. if you run anymore than 87 its just a waste of money cause its not gonna benifit you at all cause your car isnt tuned for it and 91 could even make your car run worse

they also advertised it as street legal GT racing fuel ... i was like ... well i might have to come back here when ever i plan on going to a track or anything

there are places around here that sell it but you cant just go to any gas station, there are race shops that sell it though

oh no see this was just a regular gas station they had normal shit right next to it and it was at exactly one gallon... probably someone getting some gas for there snowblower or something
