i have been told that getting the platinum plugs and those high performance plugs can damage your pistons cause they get to hot and burn to hot... getting the normal copper plugs that are meant for you car will work just find

do not use bosch plugs those are good for european cars
a platinum plug or double platinum can create so much heat and burn so hot for a car being raced that it'll burn the piston. and can even put a hole in it
i would use copper

the thing is about spark plugs for our cars is that ford is specifically supoose the run double platinum plugs on the driver side and single plat on the passenger side. it all has to do with the waste spark system that our engines employ. never never ever buy iridium plugs there a waste of money and well im kinda a jew when it comes to that. haha but yes when you replace you plugs you will want to replace them all and make sure when you do it that you put double on 13 and 6 cylinders and 246 get single plat. and make sure you buy autolight or motorcraft. and the only time a spark plug will damage the engine is iff you get the ones that are to long because then you creat interference. buying a cheap spark plugs though will cause knocking if you not careful.

why is it every time you post your only doing to make fun of somebody else. im not saying you cant use cooper plugs but the way i said to use them is what ford recomends doing. this will extened the life of the waste spark system

Thanks
Find a 2x4
Find that buddy
Hit said buddy with the 2x4
ask him what plugs should you use
Repeat until he says anything but bosch

disclamer: not my fault if you cause death, or brain damage.

Please post your source. Either a Ford Manuel or what ever? Please post page numbers as well that I may verify this.

homestly run copper or platinum..i work at autozone and ive tried almost every single spark plug we carry ..stick with autolite even motorcraft i didnt like too much ..irridiums are a complete waste of money and make ur engine missfire..the 2 ,3,or 4 prong spark plugs also a waste of money and make ur car misfire ..thats just from my experieence and feedback from other customers also
