ight im not sure because i've never been in a wreck but i've always heard that air bags hurt more than they help. and more friend (who has a 1995 mustang) just wrecked and the air bag gave him a black eye and something from the air bag (he claims acid) got in his eye and irritated it for like 4 days. and i was thinking bout replacing my steering wheel for the same reason and was wondering if it looked good?

i got in an accident with my 00 stang and the airbags went off (god knwos why... i was going maybe 3 miles an hour and there was NO damage other than the airbags) and i got an estimate from the shop down the road for almost 800 bucks to replace them... well being 17 years old and not having 800 bucks to blow i said F that and ive been drivign with no airbags and the hole in my wheel covered in tape.... i would much rather spend money on a new wheel than spend that much money but if i did have the mney i would replace them.
