Suspension help

I need a new front strut, and evantually a new passanger side a arm but im thinking just the strut for now. This is the only thing keeping me from driving my car and it is my only car so i really need something fast and money is VERY tight so cheap is great too. So far my local napa has one for $80 but i really wish i could find something cheaper and no junkyard around me has anything. I plan on getting new shocks and struts soon so i just need something crappy for now and fast but really looking for something cheaper. I can find them online for about 50 but then thats a week shipping time and i cant have that so any suggestions?

Hmm...Really sucks there is no junkyard around you. Maybe go to a dealership and see if they have a used one lying around? Maybe they won't charge TOO too much for one.

and i would say that the dealership will probably be even more expensive for a used one... they charge $12 a tail light for my car and auto parts stores dont even carry em anymore...
im screwed if all 6 go out...

I can't find anything cheap on ebay or your craigslist.

make a post here in the "want to buy" section and see if someone has an extra one

well thats the problem, i dont really have the time to sit around and wait for someone to reply and then ship it becuase i need my car. Also a little off topic but tommorow i go to court for a speeding ticket (29 over, 55+29 in a 55) and i was just wondering if anyone has any advise on what to do to try and get out of this ticket. It is my second date for this ticket, the first one i just said not guilty, so far my plan is saying that my spedometer was off due my gears, but i doubt this will work and cant think of anyhting better, any ideas?

Dont know where your from but i know by me you just ask for supervision and they'll give you it plus fines. Fines suck but nothing goes on your record so you don't risk getting in more trouble next time. Also, how fast were you really going, did the cop move it to 29 over so he didn't have to give you a felony?

kiss some ass and say that you were guilty? lieing doesn't work to well man ...

if you can just explain that you were guilty but you are very sorry... if you can also explain the situation just be like yes i was in the middle of no where im was trying out a new part i put in my car and i understand that i am in the wrong... also i understand the consequences of my actions and realize that i could have put many people in harm, in fact i had a friend in Colorado that got seriously injured by a driver who lost control and i wasn't thinking... and hope for some sympathy

well this isnt easy for my because i have 8 points left on my license and since im under 18 the points double, so it is a twelve point ticket so if i get it i will definetly be losing my license. Also i dont know what you ment by supervision, but im already on 1 year probation so i really am trying to stay out of trouble. And i am also still in the middle of another out of state speeding ticked for 15 over.
