thats sad, saleens are pretty expensive too.... as for the TT v6 he had to have had problems that day, maybe not with traction but shifting. 13.5?! and 400hp or more w/e it has. a stock SVT is a second faster almost

give him time to tune it and run sufficient boost numbers. a 9psi tt 3.8 should make about 350 to the wheels, a mid 12 second run at that weight

you would also be suprised how much the times would improve when switching to better tires

yea, like street tires to slicks. for my tires i wana get these tires i think there like drag radials w/e ppl call it, idk i gotta check out the tire shop. but as for the guy in the video he woulda deffinitly hit better then 13.5 with slicks, or a driving lesson

he seemed to be a good driver, but was easy on the launch due to street tires. i would not run a sticky tire on an open differential

well it sed he failed 1-2 gear. maybe he just had bad run that time.. but then again why show that?

Is he driving w/ a stock 7.5 rearend? I heard that you can pretty much break your rearend if you launch pretty high w/ slicks at a dragstrip.

yes with slicks and a locked dif u will snap it like a twig with a good launch

ive heard sumthin bout that, my dad knows a guy with a fox body GT that sed if the car has to much torque the car will crack with at the windshield or the bottom of it, not the windshield but the car

He has a twin turbo setup. For the TT setup the price is about $5,500. Numbers really are never definate since he doesn't build the kit until you order the kit so you have a bout a 8 week waiting period before you get your turbo kit.
