buy a fox 88-93, stroke it to whatever you think is streetable/affordable/enough, and buy a top end kit for it to get more air to those extra cubes and a good exhaust system too starting w/ longtube headers leading out to a 3" o/r x/h-pipe and a 3" catback.
comi take note that if you do long tube headers you will want to do a supercharger not turbo ... turbos most of the time have there own custom headers

ok, well i think im gonna do a turbo, so i will have to look into the headers and shit. i want my wheels lifting when i punch is so im guessing turbo would be the solution for that =] wats the best size to bore and stroke the engine on an 88-92 fox?

Comi, in order for u to do a wheel stand. Your talkin bout massive amount of dollar. You are more likely than not to jus peel out everywhere u go

now you are starting to get into 5.0 talk ... this is a V6 section ... i suggest that you go over there... i will subscribe and help you on that thread if you want but its very likely that you will get better answers over there...

and if you want to help the car squat and launch better ... look over at Maximum Motorsports :: The Leader In Mustang Performance Suspension and search for part# DB-3

that might help you build a drag car that you want

In order to do a wheel stand be prepared to spend around 30K on mods. And this car wont be streetable at all. No offence but if your asking all these questions you definitly dont have enough experience to build a car capable of that kind of power. My advice is to buy a Fox body save up some money and do a stroker and leave it at that until you save some more money

tub it and get some MT or something and have an 9 inch with 4.56's and you might be able to lift the front wheels off the ground ... might not be a good car to drive but if you can lift the fronts just a pit thats all that counts

so whats the final verdict guys? Im thinkin take the stock motor, get basic bolt-ons and maybe throw a single turbo running low boost. Something like 8 psi or less.

so quote it and ask it again ... you might have to re phrase it to more simple terms so people get straight to your answer.... and don't get side tracked... don't be detailed just be like so i want _______ will this work or should i do ________
