no it does not... all it does is shift for you ... thats why its best for racing applications where you go through the gears once then go back to pit lane... and such again don't get it on a street ride... if you must get it on a street ride make sure that you fab up a gear light that tells you what gear you are in ... how you are going to do that i don't know ...
if you have driven one of the new modern day automatics with the gear selector that acts like a manual but is all auto that is comparable to a ratchet shifter... or a slap stick shifter

if you havent noticed
when you put it into 1st or second their is a sligt delay its because it wasnt meant for sport shifting thats why we have valve body upgrades and b&m's automatic shifter whether its a standard style or a ratchet action if you look around a bit theres a thread here with alot of this discussed by me and i had a bunch of links for kits and the shfiters. anymore questions dont feel afraid to ask or shoot me a pm

LMFAOO!! lose a few pounds b4 the finish line
n since were talkin about auto shifting... does the shift kit redline for you everytime? or did i get it wrong?? cuz when racing i always shift anywhere in between 1-2 seconds before redline n it always gets it, so i dont need it? |

I know all you guys like the SCT tuner, but with the diablosport predator you can change the shift points and the shift pressure at WOT and part throttle which is great. And a modified auto will always beat a manual even tho they still are not as fun
