Anyone Got Prices On Intake Porting


whats the pricing usually for intake porting upper and lower cus i dont want to do it myself and mess it up

you could expect to see prices anywhere from 3-700 dollars depending on whats done... the thing is if your doing your manifolds you can do it your self... if your doing your heads... you might wanna send it off to a shop

you just missed a sweet deal though that i took =) $215 for the upper intake ported and polished no core charge, no tax no shipping

and he was selling the set for like $525 shipped but he sold that too
avaric3 is selling ported upper and lower pretty nice price

im willing to separate, but id like to sell the intakes as a pair if possible. im selling the upper and lower intakes for $500 shipped and the heads for $600 shipped

what are the hp gains for porting the upper and lower manifolds ? if my split-port swap ends up costing too much this might be my other option.

Flowmaster Dual exhaust w/ H-pipe,and no cats.
k&n airfilter.
yep thats it, im too broke to do anything else

depending on your application
on a stock or bolt on application i'd say its worth around 15-25hp. but if you have plans on a turbo, s/c or nitrous its deffinitly starts to show up more and more

well actually let me put it this way. it'll add more then any bolt on will add.
considering gears NOT being a bolt on since its not a BOLT on bolt off modification and cant be done truly wiht BASIC hand tools
you need a tool to check backlash...forget the name. and a puller is a good idea for taking out the rear
