Long Tubes For A '96


is mac the only company that makes lt headers for my 96? i havnt been able to find any by anyone else

I would swear I saw some made by BBK, but I could be wrong...I don't remember where I saw them. However, I think MAC makes better stuff for our cars anyway.

there are JBA, BBK, MAC, and some other shorty headers ... but i believe MAC is the only long tube headers for the V6 mustang so far

do shorty plus full exhaust add any hp? i was told they dont but every website i go to, bbk says the add like 10hp or something like that.

ya maybe with full exhaust and a tune but almost no gain at all with shorty headers

yea i get to use my analogy thingy ...

stock manifolds/headers are like paper towels... and your engine has a runny nose ... BBKs, JBA, MAC shorties are like kleenex... more comfortable for your engines runny nose... Long tube headers are like a damn vacuum, and anti congestion pills in high dosage...

now which do you want for your engine?
