Throttle Body and MAF

If I put a 65mm Throttle body on my car will I need to upgrade the MAF? I don't think I need to, but I wanted to make sure. Also I know throttle body spacers are worth buying but what if I can make one? I mean does it help at all? if It does I can make one for free....

I’m assuming u r na so u shouldn’t need a new maf also is ur upper intake ported to mach the new tb because if it isn’t u should do that next and a tb spacer is like adding .5 hp to the crank so I wouldn’t really bother trying to make one

Get it ported by a pro or buy one already ported. Since they know what they are doing they would sqeeze every possible horse out of it

Also the only time you need to upgrade you fuel system is when you either s/c, t/c, or put a storker kit on your engine. Is that right?

the stock t.b its 60mm i think

and you need to upgrade the fuel system if you exceed the 250-320 horses cuz that's where the pump cant send enough fuel I may be incorrect tho

The stock tb is about 62mm when I measured mine I got something like 62.23mm
And as for the full system if u go FI u will need to up grade it. if u have a lot of work done to the engine on a na car u may want to upgrade it depending on what all is done and u may need to up grade it if u have an large nitrous system.
The reason u would need to upgrade the full system is because the current one isn’t supplying enough fuel and so ur car is running lean

you will know when you need to upgrade the fuel system... your car will start to cut out and the power will cut down a lot... if you just post the TB you will see a tuny bit of gain but it doesn't hurt to do the hole thing just make sure its not on the car when you do this...
