yea i'd go with what cricket sed. if you want ur car to handle the hp with out the one wheel traction and spin outs u need the t-loc. thats wat im getting next and i have wat u have. then im moving to the undrive pulley's and a chip.
but with $1,300 id get the T-loc first then UD pulley then gears and the spark plug wires. or cam gears or headers cam gears and headers will really give your car alot hp. those 2 together would get you about 40-50 hp depending on the headers u get. but if ur adding that hp u need t-loc if not ur one tire spinning will bald all the time

headers and cam gears? dont you mean a cam shaft? probably wont get you 40 - 50 hp, but it will help a lot
what i would do is to save up a good deal of money and do it all at once with a supercharger like md said. my list would include: supercharger, IC, water injection in the high boost range, t-lok, 4.10 gears, a set of adjustable rear shocks, a cam designed for FI, possibly a good port and polished head and intake mainifold, full exhaust(i.e. duals all the way back, imnot sure if you kept your y pipe or not, long tube headers, and of course no wimpy cats), fuel injectors, lower compression pistons(you can put less stress on engine with much higher levels of boost and make more power, but your engine will be bit more peaky, i would get this), some ignition stuff(all depends on what you want), stripped interior, a set of wider/grippier rear tires or wheels, and of course an awesome dyno tune which also removes all emissions. hopeflly i didnt leave anything out(other than nitrous lol) this is a 'bit' above $1300 though, so if you want to your car to be as rediculously fast as the above mods will make it then start saving now!

i can agree with Sa-WaitNoMustang900Turbo, but some of us un-experienced people can shoot some ideas around (not wanting to start an arguement ive seen your many posts and have much respect). i have been emailing www.supersixmotorsports.com about their powerpaks and stuff id need to rebuild my engine. if you save up enough money id say go for that. im just starting and that will be one of the first things i will do... except for getting a UDP and SCT X-Cal 2 from VMPtuning. my advice is talk to the experts like Sa-WaitNoMustang900Turbo, AB, and the others on these forums.

not claiming im an "expert" yet, but i do know quite a bit about cars. and im only 18, i started out from scratch at 15.5 in my knowlege of cars and i learn more everyday, just as you will.
In the realm of ignition, yes wires are something that you will need down the raod, but they dont really do anything on a stock ignotion set up, only high powered ones. and in my previous post i said ignition is sort of up to you because there are many ways to do it. Ive even seen some one put individual ignition coils per plug directly plugged into the plugs before. he retro fitted it from another car. Thats going a bit extreme, but a good high powered set up is all you'll need. oh turtle, if you talk to a local mechanic or other car person who has maybe built a race car(s) hell be able to help you out a lot, probably more than us just by talking over the internet. and yes your car looks great! manual or auto?(just wondering)

Not that I'm any sort of expert............
But a good option for you would be an Xcal2......... Then save up for a Supercharger.

supersix does offer ported heads with larger valves for the 4.0 SOHC, but i don't think you will find anyone that will want to port your COMPOSITE upper intake manifold, and some would argue that doing so would make the plastic rougher than what it already was decreasing power. you would probably find some gains from the lower but i don't see where it is needed, there are guys running upper 11's with the stock 4.0L SOHC longblock/clutch/trans! personally i would screw the supercharger and go straight for the powerhouse single turbo kit, take that with a few bolt-ons and a slight spray and you will see upper 12's as that combination has already been proven at the track. i would also advise against going with the 4.10s in a f/i vehicle and opt for the 3.73's the more mods you do the more you will find out how tune specific the 05+ mustangs are, so i would also say the XCAL2 is a must
