Cam Duration
just wondering what the duration on the stock cam is. have all the other #'s just not the duration.

i know the 94 t olike 98 super cupe is 190/ 190 but i dk if that is the same as mine
but that may be close enuf since this is just for referance in trying to determen the deration for a new cam |

no im wondering wht the stock one is so that i have somthing to base off of
plans 4.4 stroker (or biger if i can) NA shoting for 300 rw |

the new deration i am looking at is around the 218/224 224/230 range
i think not shure yet |

well it all depends on what your end up doing... and basing it off the stock doesn't work so well because it is rather restrictive... thats all im saying... if you wanna get a new cam then talk to SSMS or RPMmustangs or Delkperformance... those guys will be able to suggest a good cam duration .... its often better for the engine builder to suggest the cam ... rather then you come up with your own

they say to use a 218/224 .55/.55 1.7 112 ... but you can change it up just a tiny bit based on your plans

ya well im thinking about this because im brobaly gona be bilding the engin my self or with the help of a local guy in his shop but ya ill call around to some of those places to see what they say
