Is 16.6 MPG Good For A 99 Sixer?


i filled it up on friday and now im below e and it came out to 250/15=16.66666mpg. so is that good or bad?

could it be because my check engine lights on because my front 02s are disconnected? thats prob why

tru lol, ill get right on putting those 02 extenders in!! and in aweek ill get back to you guys and let ya know how my mpg is. and also, i have lt headers, dont they make you run even richer? should i use my tuner to lean it out 2% or so?

if you fix the 02s that should fix the problem. if its not affecting your driving that should be fine

its a 15.5 gallon tank, not 15 gal. and i get 20mpg with full bolt ons

i get like 16-17 but then again i have more then your standard bolts-ons... i think my tune sucks to and theres only so much you can do with tuning non intercooled. but hey im workin on that

i got a 99 and im gettin like 15 haha that sucks. i just got my sct custom tune on so hopefully i'll get a little better and im thinking bout doing seafoam this week.

its all the o2 sensors man. once you get those fixed you should be back to normal. cant you use the tuner to shut off the need for the sensors?

on my old diablosport predator, i could turn off all 4 sensors, but w/ the sct xcal 3 it only lets me shut down the rear 2
