Tire Trouble!

Hey guys,
I bought 17 x9 2003 Chrome Cobra Wheels..(<3)...ever since, Ive had to check my tire pressure at least once a week.
I dropped them off at a local tire company and they put 245 45 17's on there. American muscle recommended 275 40 17's. Ive taken it back to them fussing at least 3 times.. they claim its not the tire size thats messing it up, Maybe its the rims. So another shop says is not the rims. yeah, gotta love it. do you think there is just something wrong with the seal in the tire? I don't know.
Everytime it goes flat..it goes completely flat.. and its not all of them its just this one that gives me so many problems. Since ive fussed so much..they are replacing that tire..

What do you think?

i have those same rims and have not had any problems with a 245/45 or the 275/40 tire....so its not the rims. You prolly got a deffective tire. crash into something and sue the tire manufacturer . Isnt that what ppl do these days?

prove it was the tire and not driver error

it would be costly just in lawyer fees

that comment was a joke, but if your tire goes flat while you are driving its gonna shift you off the road or into another lane....and worse case scenario make the car roll. driver error plays little role in this case but hey i like to argue
