in my opinion yes ceramic holds up better to the elements and it wont rust or corrode like polished or w.e your other option is... plus they look really sick

itll do everything he said, but itsw main function is to hold heat inside of the header instead of transferring it into the engine bay. it will defintly help out on the underhood temps, and if you have a metal cia, it can help with some of the heat soak it gets. def worth the extra couple bux!!!

headers and a cam will change the exhaust sound

Heads will change the exhaust simply because you're greatly increasing the airflow, but the change would likely be minimal compared to a cam or LT headers.

The cam can change the exhaust sound most notably in adding "lope" to your idle, depending on the specs of the cam, of course.

Go to youtube and search for "Heads/Cam V6 Mustangs" or something like that to hear what I'm talking about.

Where a stock car has somewhat of a "smooth" idle, a cammed car can have a "lopey" idle, meaning the idle is somewhat "choppy." It's better to just hear it than for me to explain it

Here's one, for example:

the cam is the last upgrade u should do since it has to be made for a certain thing for example n/a, boost or No2
