Mustang V6 Gauges


For some reson all of a sudden when i start my car my gauges do that test where they go up all the way then back down these are the stock mph oil press gas batt and water its never done this?? any ideas my batt might be going soon does this have anything to do with this?

are you hitting the reset on the trip or are you just putting the key in and starting it right away? what exactly are you doing?

just when i start it i know how to do the test thing and used to do it but dont really do it anymore just put the key in and start it then the gauges go all the way up and down??

take the guage cluster out and check the connescer behind it. there maybe a short or a fuse thats bad

i have no clue. all i can guess is a short somewhere or a bad fuse/connection with the wiring harness
