Weird Question On Interior

Greetings everyone. Great site you guys got going on here, members and admin alike from what i can tell . I am new to the mustang world but after wanting one for 13 years I finally got one,lol...

I just had a quick question. Does anyone know (preferably educated guess or technical background) if the 2005+ style steering wheel would fit or be modified to fit an '00 non-GT ? I have always been partial to the retro look, but don't want to just go buy one and take a chance on having to go through the hassle of returning it.

Thanks for reading

Welcome to MM! Congrats on your first pony. I really don't know right off hand but I will look around and see if they are compatible.

Try this site - they helped me with a few questions I had about my F-150 awhile back and were very helpful.

welcome to moddedmustangs, be sure to join our member's map!

not sure if it would fit or if the connectors are the same, might require some custom wiring and a new airbag which wouldn't be cheap... maybe one of the ford techs can chime and and let us know, but here are some pictures for a side by side comparison.
