Battery Relocation

what you guys think about the battery relocation kit?

Steeda Battery Relocation Kit

I'm not gonna get it right now, but do you think its worth the money? or should i fabricate my own if it makes enough sense?

there is really no reason to get that if its not needed. you dont need anymore room in your engine bay so i dont think its worth it

It could be worth it to make room as you said. Otherwise it's not.

i think its kinda cool for 1
two
its a good what 20 pounds total your moving to the back

id do it maybe
Id make the kit myself though
get some steel plates go to a friends house and weld it there

but
Only downside is decreased trunk space.
its also cool

Cause if you need to disconnect the battery in a hury say in case of a fire or something you can go to the back.

Any front weight that can be transferred to the back of the car to give it a better balance is a good mod. I believe the weight distribution for the SN95 mustangs is around 57/42 (front/rear). THIS IS BAD!!! You want a weight distribution idealy of close to if not 50/50. Any weight that can be moved to the rear SHOULD be in my eyes. Power means nothing if your car cant handle it.

Summit, for about half the price. 60lbs over that right rear tire is a good thing, if your spinnning it.
