Speedometer Cluster question


will a 99 OEM Factory GT speedometer work with a 99 v6? i know id never reach 150 mph in my v6 lol but right now im focusing on cosmetics (and i think itd look cool) and i didnt know if it would even fit, and if it did, would i need to tune it different for the guagues to read correctly

it might work... it will fit, but only maybe on the worky ness... and you will need to tune it if you want the slightest chance on making it work...

i figured id need a tune cause i can get the cluster for 20 bucks so i figured that wasnt a bad deal just didnt wanna completely waste my money if it wouldnt work at all

I think that it needs to be taken to the dealership just to get it re flashed to work ...

but honestly i have no idea man... lemme see if i can find anything for ya that might help

it can be done.

you need to take off the cluster computer from your
v6 and drop it into the GT cluster

hmmm 20 dollars vs 260 dollars....lol they do look sweet though and they are pre-calibrated
