no it just means you can definatly tell there is a difference in power or performance by the way its driving/accelerating without going to a dyno to see actual numbers

You don't have a butt-o-meter? Its on mine right next to the temp gauge.

or you can use to tell when you've come to a complete stop "MY BUTT MOVED"
