Rims... Chrome or Black?

So a little over a month ago I got brand new 18 inch chrome rims for my car. I still can't decide whether or not I like them better, or if I like the black better. See, when I was getting them, I almost bought a set of black fr500's. I am actually thinking about selling these wheels I just got and buying a set of the black. What do ya peoples think?

What color is your car? I think black is pretty sick on dark colored cars, and I'm not much of a fan of chrome (although I do dig me some polished aluminum).

my car is black, i got a set of 17in black rims with a chrome lip and i love em. im waiting to get the money to put tires on it then im guna have a new pic soon. i'd go with black. unless u have a lighter color car

ohhh shit....idk your car looks nice with the rims it has now...i was gunna get those but alot ppl have that. so thats what i got my rims... i think your car would look good with either. but if u want a unique car that not alot ppl have(even tho ur car doesnt look like the average stang anyway) go with the black rims. thats what i decided. but ur car has other body acc. on it

actually now that i look at your car again, the chrome does look good. i honestly wouldnt waste the money buying new rims....but if your selling those then yea i'd get the black rims. not alll black though, its just to dark. balck with a chrome lip, look at mine..or they make black bullit rims like urs, and they have a chrome lip too

The chrome looks good on you're car, but black FR500's would be the chit.

idk ur car looks good like it is, cause if u would get the black rims it would blend in with the rest of ur car too much, it would be too much black, ur car looks fine now!!

so apperantly u peoples want me to sell my chrome huh? ya, me too. but i just bought them about a month ago, and im araid ill loose money. idk wat im gonna do. but i agree, black rims with the silver lip look awesome. especially the fr500's

i think the chrome ones would look better without the red lower door decal and maybe a few more chrome assesories like the strips around the brake lights, door locks, and antenna?

Normally I'm a fan of black rims. If they are either powdercoated a dark black or anodized. Gun metal greyish black I never did quite have a taste for.

So I'll vote you go with the black rims. But that is just because of my taste normally.

Take some pictures and put them up. Maybe the chrome rims will fit the car better?

look at his car it has chrome rims...but as for 99mustang232 ive seen sumthin like wat u sed, n actually since the black rims withe the chrome lip are the dark the chrome stands out alot more, so if u were to get chrome acc. lik u sed black rims would still look as good. an all chrome rims with chrome acc might be to much chrome...
if u leave ur car like it is its fine.. looks GREAT really.

if u think about it, its not worth selling ur rims cuz wat if u dont get wat u ask for? then u might pay $200-300 for just getttin the black rims

ya, id have to sell them on ebay or aomething. if i did, id just make sure no one could buy them for less than i did. idk, but i do love the black rims
