help with dtc code p061b

Hi guys, does anyone knows what a dtc code p061b means. recently installed a CAI and tune and I got a Check Engine Light and that was the code I read with the SCT Xcal2.
I browsed the list of codes in this site but is not there, by the way I have a 2006 v6 with the TI Cai.

have read of this code before on the 05+'s most of the time it was also acompanied by P2106... most folks were complaining of theirs going into failsafe mode when this happend. would try reflashing the computer or try going back to the stock tune?

also there was a TSB released on the 5.4L 3v trucks that addressed the same codes would be interested in knowing the details.
