Engine swap

ok so in swaping my sixxer for and 8 i need to pretty much swap my whole drive line system like the 8.8 rear end and transmission now do i need to change the drive shaft and stuff

most guys on here will tell you not to ..
they ll say your better off selling your six and buying an eight.

i don't beleive u need to swap the whole trany just the bell housing, and if that is what u do then u shouldent need a new drive shaft

wht v8 are you putting in? 4.6 or 5.0? and what year car is it from?
