Need Help With Part Name


if anyone knows where i can find an online diagram of the 3.8 engine, please let me know. need to know a specific part name. thanks.

I can't tell you where to get a diagram, but you could try describing it for us to guess at...

its a small square or rectangular shaped sensor that sits close to the throttle body. cant remember to be honest, but i think there was a small hose attached to it. it sits ontop of the engine. sorry thats the best description i can give.

that would be the Idle air control?
has a hose on it? and a wire harness plugged in one end?
