Problems

hay im new and i just bought a 98 mustang and i cant roll the windo wont go down un les i hot wire the windo motor cuz the switch isnt doing any thing but has power and i just bought new switches. and i dont have a book that tells me which fuse is which so im stumped and i would love to put my door back to gether
