Tire Size


Whats best tire size for '00 mustang, 18x9 wheels?

275/35/18, 245/40/18??

i would do different size in back compared to front. I would put 255/35/18s up front with 275/35/18s in the back. That way youll get real nice traction in the back.

na im doing four of the same tire size, (better rotating) and im not staggering the wheels, just 4 18x9 wheels. so what size and also any suggestions for cheap tires?

just dont go crazy wide on all fours......ride quality goes into the negatives....not to mention every groove in the road is gonna toss the car around the road

are you talking about the tire size? or 18x9 wheel size?

hey a bigger sidewall in the back for better flex for launches. 275/55/r18 id say or like 275/45/r18

well i called kauffman tire and they said to do a 245/40/18 or a 275/35/18

so 245/40/18 are good? im not sure which would be better. what about this deal..

well im looking at wheel and tire packages so there isnt a choice for a wider rear tire
