Fill the car with rad fluid till you see it start to get near the radiator fill neck. Then start the car and wait for the thermostat to open which wont happen till the cars pretty much fully warmed up. Make sure the heater is OFF during this step. You'll feel hot coolant flowing through the top radiator hose when this happens and you should see the coolant level drop in the radiator, and if you look in there you should also see the water in there circulating around. Once this happens add more coolant till its about full again, then go turn your heater ON at full blast. Wait a few minutes while the air bubbles get out and the heater core is refilled with coolant. You will also want to add more coolant once you're done with this step. Once the heaters blowing air like its straight from the fires of hell cap off your radiator, and let it run a few more mins. Then go ahead and shut 'er down, give yourself a pat on the back, and grab a beer.

There is a bleed plug to facilitate this. It's located on the tube that comes out of the water pump. Remove that plug and add coolant to the radiator till it overflows and then install the radiator cap and add coolant through the tube till it overflows and reinstall the plug. This will get most of the air out.
