Help!!! Emergency!! A Squeak!!!!

i was driving down the road today and out of no where a squeaking sound starts coming from somewhere around the steering wheel, its like when the car flexes or something the squeak happens, its not constant, its like when i go over bumps, and its coming from the inside of the car, i got my head closer to the steering wheel thinking its coming from that but as i got closer i heard it coming from above me on the sunvisor, but its not coming from there, theres nothing up there, if i move the steering wheel left then right a bunch of times you can hear it happen, if anyone has had something like this, let me know, the sound its completely annoying, i cant turn the music up to get rid of it because thats not me and its not fixing the problem, please help before i blow the car up!!!

how is a squeak emergent?

Start by checking your bushings on your suspension for wear and tear.

kinda sorta......you think that could really be it though? whenever i tried to get closer to the sound it started to come from a different area, its one of those sounds, the best thing i could think of was that it was coming from the dashboard somewhere.

+1 how is this an emergency? It's not like your car is about to explode. We're more than happy to help you out, but you don't need to make it seem like the world is about to end because of a squeak.

the world will end because of this squeak, apparently you dont know how annoying it is to hear it and not be able to find out where its at, or even close to where its at. probably mechanic if i mess around under there and cant accomplish anything.

it's called a cowl panel.
it sits on top of your firewall panel.
