I'll Get Smoked

k i showed a pic of what my car is gunna look like to my dad and the car was a GT and had a hood scoop. he told me not to get it that ppl will wana race me and i only have a v6. now im not getting the scoop cuz its a waste of money.

but does a hood scoop even do anythin if i were to add it??

Absolutely nothing whatsoever performancewise. Scoops are for carburated motors.

i knew it... it looks better.. with the hood scoop and wider side scoops, but not for how ever many houndred it'll cost, plus i lik ppl knowing it a v6, this way when they get smoked they think of an excuse about losing

well u could make the hood scoop do something, if u cut a hole out where the scoop is gunna go on ur hood, and underneath the hood u could get sheet metal and make a funnel to direct the air to ur CAI, which thats what i was planning on doind with my stock V6 scoop once when the garrentee is up!

Hope you plan on cleaning your motor every time you drive it. Corrosion will kill you. Oh yeah and don't drive it in the rain!!!
